Faktor Pendukung Dan Penghambat Implementasi Terapi Pencegahan Tuberkulosis (TPT): Studi Literatur

Saat ini, Indonesia berada di peringkat kedua di dunia dalam hal kontribusi kasus Tuberkulosis (TB) global, di belakang India, dengan 9,2%. Sebenarnya, TB adalah penyakit menular yang dapat diobati dan dapat dicegah. Upaya pencegahan penularan TB melalui implementasi Terapi Pencegahan Tuberkulosis (TPT) telah dilakukan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, namun pencapaiannya masih jauh dari target nasional. Oleh karena itu, tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam implementasi TPT. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan narrative revier dengan pencarian literatur melalui PubMed dan Google Scholar menggunakan kata kunci dalam bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia. Literatur yang berupa artikel asli, diterbitkan dalam 10 tahun terakhir, dapat diakses sepenuhnya dan memiliki konten yang relevan akan dikumpulkan dan diperiksa duplikasinya. Literatur terpilih kemudian disintesis. Sebanyak 18 artikel dipilih untuk ditinjau dan disintesis. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi TPT dari perspektif tenaga kesehatan, meliputi aspek pengetahuan, kapasitas, logistik, dan sistem pendukung. Berdasarkan perspektif kontak TB dan pengasuh anak yang kontak, faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerimaan TPT meliputi pengetahuan, akses, kepatuhan, keuntungan, kerugian, dan sistem pendukung. Kemudian dari perspektif pemangku kepentingan, faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi TPT adalah prioritas dan aspek logistik. Studi ini tidak secara khusus mencari literatur yang diperoleh dari Indonesia, sehingga dalam beberapa kasus, mungkin memberikan gambaran yang kurang sesuai dengan kondisi terkini di Indonesia.
