Pemanfaatan Teknologi Digital Dalam Edukasi Gizi: Tinjauan Literatur Tren Dan Efektivitas

Teknologi digital digunakan dalam upaya edukasi gizi di Indonesia guna mengatasi berbagai masalah gizi seperti stunting, obesitas, dan defisiensi gizi. Berbagai inovasi seperti aplikasi media sosial, dan sistem daring telah dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, perilaku, dan status gizi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau secara sistematis tren dan efektivitas penggunaan teknologi digital dalam intervensi edukasi gizi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan PRISMA, artikel-artikel yang relevan diidentifikasi dari berbagai basis data ilmiah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi seluler, media sosial, platform e-learning, dan intervensi berbasis chatbot terbukti efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku gizi, terutama pada kelompok remaja, mahasiswa, dan ibu hamil. Namun, efektivitasnya sangat dipengaruhi oleh desain intervensi, keterlibatan pengguna, dan kontekstualisasi konten lokal. Adanya tantangan seperti kesiapan SDM, infrastruktur, dan adaptasi budaya masih perlu diatasi agar implementasi teknologi digital dapat berjalan optimal dan berkelanjutan. Integrasi strategi edukasi gizi dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi kunci dalam memperluas jangkauan dan efektivitas intervensi gizi di Indonesia.
